Fork / utensil to crush makeup (optional)
Dropper (optional)
Tissue paper

Follow these steps below:

Crush up your broken palette into a fine powder. You can use the back end of the brush to do this. Or if you have a fork or similar utensil nearby then that will work too. Crush up the makeup as much as possible. That way the rose water can be absorbed more easily.
Slowly, add drops of the rosewater into your crushed-up highlighter palette. Start off with just a little bit and add more as needed.
Allow the solution to spread over the fine powder.

The consistency should be similar to a thicker paste. Mix together until you reach this consistency.
If you transferred your makeup to a dish, then transfer it back into the makeup compact. Smooth over so that the makeup is molded back into its original shape.
