Our wonderful Juniors are ready to shine! This category always shows exceptional growth and enthusiasm towards any opportunities they are given. They are just coming into their own and are incredibly fearless, giving everything a go, they are our little superstars in the making.

We provide our Junior talent with online resources such as our blogs, and also offer complimentary orientation workshops, which focus on audition processes and techniques. So, our clients can rest assured that our Junior talent has the basic knowledge and skills needed to work confidently and professionally on your campaign.

Our Juniors are ready to take on bigger speaking roles, and a large variety of roles as they become more experienced and find their voices within the industry.

Frequently Asked Questions

Our Juniors are between the ages of 6 – 10 years. If the child is less than 6 years old, they fall into our Toddlers category and if they are older than 10 years, they fall into our Teens category.

The Bettina Management head office is located in Melbourne. We also have offices located in Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Perth. We have talent in every location that we have an office in.

We hold individual sessions with everyone who applies, in order to interact with children and establish their ease of engagement and unique skills.

Levi & Jayla

Meet Levi and Jayla.

"They had confidence already, but they have a lot more now," says mum Heather of her kids' journey in the industry.

Aydin

Meet Aydin.

Dad Albert used to work in the industry and knew that his son would be able to follow directions well with his easy-going, sociable attitude.

"My family and friends love it," says Aydin of his appearances in catalogues.

Albert says that joining Bettina Management has taught Aydin a lot about accepting and handling rejection, understanding that "not every job is your job, and it's through no fault of your own."

He says this has been a valuable life experience for his young son.

Sachin Warnasuriya

Meet Sachin.

Sachin has starred in several campaigns, his first being an advertisement for Australian Super.

He is even being recognised in public from his TV appearances! Mum Saku says that Sachin loves it when his fans tell him they've seen him on TV.

"A friend of ours called and said… your son is on TV! I couldn't believe that it's my son," says Saku.
